At BRUTE FLOWERS we are a small team that is very passionate about making great art. Please note that we are a growing business and are learning every day how to make BRUTE FLOWERS a better company. We thank you for understanding all of the following. 

 

CARE 

All of our products are best cared for by dry-cleaning. Please make sure to hang dry all products to maintain the quality of the print. Machine drying garments will hurt the quality of a print.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

In an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible and eliminate waste, all of our products are made to order. Please expect up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order. Thank you for understanding and being part of this journey.

Also we have two fulfillment centers that ship our garments. Our hoodies and Sweatshirts from Los Angeles our T-shirts and totes from North Carolina. If you order a Hoodie / Sweatshirt + Tote or T-shirts they will ship in separate packages but under the same order. 

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

All items purchased are a final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues as we offer size charts for our products.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED.

Please email customerbruteflowers@gmail.com  with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem. Please note it can take up to 48 hours to respond. 

The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.

Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.

If the item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns.

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.

We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

All orders are eligible to be canceled up to 48 hours after purchase.
